We are pleased to announce that we have resolved the tragic June 26, 2011 case involving the drowning death of Marie G. Joseph at the Vietnam Veteran’s Memorial Pool in Fall River, Massachusetts for the maximum amount allowed by law. Ms. Joseph was only 36 years old when she drowned in cloudy, improperly treated pool water in the presence of numerous other bathers and lifeguards. Her body remained at the bottom of the “deep end” of the pool for about 3 days while officials allowed people to use and swim in the “shallow end”. Watch for a documentary video which will appear on our You Tube channel and Facebook page with photos and a most distressing narrative. (Posted May 12, 2015)
